What we collect
When you submit a request for quotation we collect your company name, contact person, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and any city, tax ID and message you choose to provide. We also store the products, quantities and per-item notes in your request.
How we use it
This information is used solely to process your request, confirm availability and send you a commercial offer. No account is required to submit a request and no payment information is collected.
Technical data
To prevent abuse we store only a salted hash of your IP address — never the address itself. Full request payloads are not written to log files.
Retention

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Please contact us to do so.
Cookies
The site uses only the technical storage needed to remember your language choice and the quotation list held in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
